Refund Policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

  • At F1RST AUTO SPORT, our ultimate goal is customer satisfaction, and we strive to provide the best products and services to all Tesla Owners. Returns are accepted within 30 days. Please note that certain restrictions may apply.

DAMAGED ITEM:

  • Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If your item arrives damaged, do not apply the damaged products to your Tesla. Instead, contact us immediately and send an email with a picture of the damaged item to the following email address within 14 days of delivery: F1rstautosport@gmail.com
  • We will initiate a claim with the carrier, and once the claim is approved, we will send you a brand-new replacement for the damaged items.

DEFECTIVE ITEM:

  • Before shipping, F1RST AUTO SPORT thoroughly checks every product to ensure quality. If you believe the items you received are defective or not functioning as described, please send an email with a description of the defective item to the following email address within 14 days of delivery: F1rstautosport@gmail.com

 

  • Our customer service team will work with you to troubleshoot and ensure that the product is properly applied. If the product is indeed defective, you can choose to request a replacement or a full refund for the defective item.
  • If your return is due to a product defect or warranty issue, the return shipping cost will not be deducted from your refund.

NON-QUALITY ISSUE RETURN:

  • To qualify for a non-quality issue return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.
  • If you wish to request a non-quality issue return, please contact us via the email below within 14 days of delivery: F1rstautosport@gmail.com
  • Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
  • Opened and unused products can be returned within the same return window but are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund, except for warranty-related issues. Once a product has been used, it is not eligible for return. The returned product must be in new and resellable condition; otherwise, a 50% store credit will be issued. If the returned product is broken, damaged, or in a non-sellable condition, no refund will be provided.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

  • F1RST AUTO SPORT does not offer refunds for any used and/or installed vehicle accessories, broken or incomplete kits, items missing their original packaging, or free gifts.

EXCHANGE:

  • The quickest way to get the item you want is to initiate a return for the product you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. No exchanges will be issued for products that have been damaged, used, or modified. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping for the original item purchased and shipping for the exchanged product, along with any other associated fees, including re-delivery fees if applicable.
  • Upon receiving the returned product, we will examine it and process the appropriate refund accordingly.

REFUNDS:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • F1RST AUTO SPORT will respond to all your requests regarding returns and refunds within 48 hours.

FREE & PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS:

  • Products offered for free with a purchase or promotional/sample products do not come with any sort of warranty.

REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS:

  • All sale items are final, and they are not eligible for a refund unless you receive defective or damaged items. In such cases, we will process a refund for the defective/damaged item.
