SHIPPING

• Unlike most of the Tesla accessories suppliers, who rely on drop-shipping from overseas, F1rst Auto Sport has taken a different approach. We have built our team and warehouse right here in California, USA, to ensure fast and trackable delivery of our products. We are pleased to offer shipping to all 48 states across the USA, covering the East Coast, West Coast, and everywhere in between.
• At F1rst Auto Sport, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We offer free economy shipping for orders over $150, and standard shipping is available for all U.S. customers. As part of our commitment to timely delivery, we usually ship all orders placed during the day on the second day. This means that customers can expect to receive tracking information on the second day after placing their orders.
• If a customer lives in an apt/condo complex, the order will ship to the nearest UPS/FedEx store. There may or may not be a pickup fee when picking up the package. Customers will be responsible for all fees.
• If a package is shipped to the nearest FedEx location, customer is responsible to track the package and pick it up as soon as possible. If the package comes back to us, customer will be responsible to pay for the shipping again. If the customer wants a refund, it will be issued, and shipping charges will be deducted from the paid amount.

DELIVERY TIME

  We ship all our packages from Fontana, CA. Depending on your location, shipping could take between 2-9 business days.

RECEIVING / ACCEPTING YOUR PRODUCT:

To ensure a smooth experience, please follow these steps upon receiving your product:

• Inspect the product before installation. If the product arrives damaged, missing any items, or is the incorrect item or color, please notify us within 7 business days of delivery. Failure to do so may be considered a user error.
• Check for any cracks, gouges, crushed corners, or missing items before installation. • In the event of box damage, take clear pictures of the shipping label, outside box, inside box, and any broken content. Send the pictures to us to expedite the claims process.
• Once the product is installed, we cannot accept claims for damage, physical imperfections, or incorrect items. Please ensure proper inspection before installation.
• If the product is received in a damaged condition, the customer must retain the product for up to 30 days in case the carrier needs to pick it up or examine it. This helps facilitate the claims process.

PICTURES NEEDED FOR UPS & FEDEX CLAIMS:

In the event of a UPS or FedEx claim, please provide a minimum of 7 pictures that meet the following criteria: Damaged merchandise inside the box as it arrived to you.

• Packaging materials used (bubble wrap, Styrofoam, etc.).
• Damaged item outside of the box.
• A close-up of the shipping label with tracking number.
• If available, a close-up of the box manufacturer's certificate (BMC).
• 1 photo displaying the top and 2 sides.
• 1 photo displaying the bottom and the opposite sides.

SHIPPING INSURANCE UPON CHECKOUT:

  For added peace of mind, we highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance (optional) to protect your package against theft and damage. If shipping insurance is not purchased and the item is stolen, lost, or damaged, F1rst Auto Sport will not be liable, and you will need to file a claim directly with UPS or USPS. Please note that insurance does not cover damages resulting from user errors or incidents occurring during installation.

IMPORT DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes on packages shipped internationally.
